Gaziantep as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy

Sylvie Fontana Yılmaz, the Gaziantep City of Gastronomy coordinator/liaison to UNESCO, will give a presentation on Gaziantep’s experiences as a City of Gastronomy (which Tucson was recently designated to be), and how its designation has influenced Gaziantep, tourism and culinary culture there.
